Cerebrum: Areas cerebral Mild white matter T2 signal alteration bilaterally 3. Sinus: Moderate mucosal disease right maxillary

1) it means that your blood cerebral flow is preserved that you don't have cerebral arterial occlusions.
2) It can be gliosis a noral thing in a senile brain, but it can be also from a traumatic event, but you dont have to wary.
3) may be maxillary sinusitis but most probably it can be some secretion of no consequence.
